Sara McNamara is an attorney in Reinhart’s Banking and Finance, Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy practice groups. Sara works with a broad range of clients involved in the financial industry to provide general legal counsel in relation to corporate governance, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases and finance transactions for both public and private companies, including acquisition financings, asset-based financings and mezzanine financings. Sara also represents clients in connection with bankruptcy proceedings, workouts, restructurings, troubled transactions, creditors’ rights, receiverships and other commercial transactions, including the sale and purchase of distressed businesses. She graduated from Marquette University Law School.

Sara joined the board of Our Next Generation in 2020, and she is eager to serve Milwaukee’s youth.
