Mark Farrell is the Executive Director of Talent Delivery for Froedtert Health in Milwaukee. Mark has been with Froedtert since 2016 leading the recruitment and work force planning functions. He received his MBA from Cardinal Stritch in 2010 and bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Organizational Communication from University of Wisconsin Whitewater. Mark has worked in the Human Resources field in the Milwaukee area for the past 25 years.

Mark grew up in West Allis, WI and is proud to call Wisconsin his home. He became a member of the board in 2022.
