John (Jack) Goller is a Shareholder and member of von Briesen & Roper’s Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group. Jack was born and raised in the Milwaukee area and has been practicing law for more than 18 years. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on mass toxic torts, product liability, transportation and catastrophic loss defense of corporations and their insurers. Jack manages a national practice in toxic tort litigation and has represented clients in litigation, including trials and appeals, around the country for more than 12 years. Jack also serves as local counsel for a number of corporations and a railroad. In addition to handling litigation and advising on litigation avoidance, Jack conducts due diligence investigations and counsels on compliance issues.

Jack is Peer Review Rated as AV® Preeminent™, the highest performance rating in Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system and was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2007, 2009-2013 lists of Wisconsin Super Lawyers – Rising StarsSM for his toxic tort work. Jack is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, Illinois, Idaho and Washington and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice in numerous other jurisdictions. Jack has been a director of Our Next Generation since May of 2014. He previously served on the Alumni Board of Directors for Marquette University High School from 2007-2013. He is married and has two children
