Pamela Compton
Operations Manager
Pam Compton brings many years of administrative office experience to Our Next Generation. Originally from a Northwest suburb of Chicago, Pam transplanted to the Milwaukee area in 2002. Before coming to ONG, Pam worked as a legislative aide for Wisconsin State Senator Lena Taylor. Since 2016 Pam supports our staff with the business aspects of our operation. After seeing her children off to college or leave home, Pam returned to college for her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Pam says “I believe that supporting our staff, families and the community is an important mission in investing in the success of our youth.” During her free time, Pam enjoys swimming, cooking and gardening, but receives her most joy spending time with her grandchildren.
