La Toya Sykes

La Toya Sykes

President/CEO

La Toya Sykes brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership to her role as President and CEO of Our Next Generation.  Having previously served as Associate Director of the College Goal Sunday at the YMCA of the USA in Chicago, IL, she facilitated fund development projects across 40 states and the District of Columbia

Erica Tate

Erica Tate

Development Director

Erica is a Milwaukee native that has held many roles in corporate America specifically in the financial world. While fulfilling her role as the Development Assistant at Our Next Generation, she also owns and operates a machine shop with her husband, Courtney. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.

Tamahl Hazelwood

Associate Director of Programs

Tamahl Hazelwood was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is a proud product of the Milwaukee Public School System. He has work within the community of Milwaukee in various capacities and has a deep passion for the development and progression for the community as a whole.

Linda Satterfield

Linda Satterfield

Receptionist

Linda is a graduate of West Division High School. She started working with children with disabilities in Chicago and worked at UWM Child Care Center for 12 years. After retiring from PPG Industries where she worked for 25 years, she came full circle to working with the youth at Our Next Generation for the past 4 years.

Linda says; “I believe that a good beginning never ends and if we give children what they need to be successful, it will carry them throughout life.”

Pamela Compton

Pamela Compton

Operations Manager

Pam Compton brings many years of administrative office experience to Our Next Generation. Originally from a Northwest suburb of Chicago, Pam transplanted to the Milwaukee area in 2002
